The Pencil is a lovely stylus to use with the app, the wider form factor is very comfortable to use (think carpenter pencil) and the wood finish really gives it a luxury feel - even with the gold finished version. We also like that FiftyThree has bundl...

Pairs instantly with Paper app. Excellent palm rejection implementation. Great for accuracy and quick writing
Not available in the UK yet. Eraser nib occasionally triggers blend mode. Lack of pressure and size alteration for brushes is a poor omission. Aluminium model hurts to hold after long periods of time

Extrait: The iPad was built so that you'd never need a stylus. Apple wanted you to be able to pick up a tablet and just start using it, without having to search around for something to control it with. But there are still many reasons that you may want want to use...

Affordable. Beautifully designed hardware. As accurate as more expensive styli.
A little buggy to connect at times. Wide rubbery tip makes it harder to draw accurately. Eraser tip isn't very reliable
The Pencil stylus is inexpensive and great for drawing and sketching, and both Walnut and Graphite flavors look and feel fantastic, but the innovative eraser tip is hit or miss....
Extrait: A child picks up a crayon and marks a colorful line across a piece of paper. It's one of most natural human experiences: Tactile, haphazard, and raw. But in making the transition to digital, much of that simplicity disappears. Cold glass replaces silky pa...
I like the Pencil very much for what it is. You can tell the designers and developers at FiftyThree are proud of this product and they deserve to be. The Walnut version I am reviewing feels like a quality product top to tip. It is nice to hold in the hand...
