  • Fast eSATA interface, Solid construction, No limit on hard drive size, Quick boot up
  • Extremely loud, No manual or software included, No way to lock the hard drive trays, Expensive
  • Norco 's DS-500 works as advertised and can accommodate up to five drives of any size, but in terms of value this is still a mixed bag. To review a $450 product and not receive any documentation or software with it was disappointing to say the least....

  • Setting this enclosure up is ridiculously simpleand the included software makes it even easier to use.
  • Five harddrives in one enclosureit's hard to believe that the builtin fan is fully cooling them. Oh, it's a bit on the pricy side too.
