After testing the 5H v2, 4H and the 3H, the perfect headset would be one as comfortable and as well designed as the 5H v2, while packing the 3Hs speakers. SteelSound have done themselves proud with this headset, blowing other headsets in this price r...
Extrait: Video Review: Both the SteelSound 3H and 4H headsets offer great bang for the buck. The 3H headset is targeted at the budget market, but great if you need an inexpensive, small, foldable headset for a LAN party. The 4H has a little better sound quality, larger earcups, and is more comfortable, but it's not foldable like the 3H. Watch the Video to find out more...
Extrait: Let’s face it. Those of us who play games sometimes lose track of time and have been known to have marathon sessions sitting in front of our computers. Whether it be destroying giant robots or blasting off head shots, we love the sound of explosions an...
Surprisingly Durable, High Quality and Heavy Duty Cord resists breaking and pinching, Folds up nice and small for ease of transport, Retractable microphone for those nongeeky moments, Great sound for games with excellent low end
Sound was somewhat muddy when listening to real music, Comfort is limited due to the minimally padded ear pads, No noise cancelling limits their performance in noisy environments
From what Ive experienced, the Steelseries Steelsound 3H Gaming Headset makes for a very durable headset that you can toss around without a care. You can run over the sturdy cord with your chair, or yank the robust connectors out of your PC by accide...
Lightweight, Foldable/collapsible, Long cord, Hidden microphone, Very comfortable to wear for long periods
Sound is sort of muffled, not crisp and clear, Not really for music
The SteelSeries Steelsound 3h Headphones are an excellent entry level gaming product for those looking for quality gaming sounds. They are portable and very well made, they should last through many a frag session. For gaming the Steelsound 3h headphon...
Relatively light and portable, Good bass, Nice retractable microphone
No real noise canceling/reducing features, Small earpads
The 3H can be purchased directly from the SteelSeries website for $55 + shipping (Ed: You can find them elsewhere for ~$40.00). While I think thats a reasonable price for the combination of a fairly good pair of headphones that provide reasonably good...
Small "cans" are uncomfortable, Mic picks up background noise, No Mic "Mute" feature.
This headset is a decent choice, but I do believe that it could be better. The mic is way too sensitive and picks up a lot of background noise. If you are trying to use it for gaming or VOIP in a somewhat noisy environment (you have kids or are at a...
