Extrait: There have been plenty of Star Trek games over the years in many different genres, but up until now they’ve all had themselves firmly based in particular era. Now comes a game that takes you from the Star Fleet’s inception through the timelines of all ...
Drawn out missions, Poor handling of craft, Space battles are a bore
The promise of visually stunning battles hasn’t quite materialised and the real-time engagements against the likes of the Romulans, Klingons and Borgs are slow paced and repetitive, despite plenty of warring vessels on screen at one time. Explosions...
Extrait: The Star Trek series is in pretty dire straits right now. With the cancellation of Star Trek: Enterprise, it is the first time for a long while that there hasn't been a Star Trek series on television. While it's generally debatable at what point the Star...
Extrait: I I have 15 minutes before I have to get ready for work, so for this review, I have chosen to review a game that will only take me 15 minutes to review. Here is the game:Yes I boldly went where noone has gone before: The XBox bargain bin, and I have th...
The entire history of Star Trek (all that matters to anyone anyway) in one game; space battles can feel massive and very authentic to the franchise.
Difficulty can be frustratingly uneven; multiplayer just doesnt feel right.
All in all this is the best Star Trek game released so far, but thats not saying a lot. Still, Legacy is a decent effort and hovers somewhere between "good" and "average."
William Shatner, Patrick Stewart and the rest of the television captains reprise their roles in excellent fashion; starships look absolutely gorgeous.
Online multiplayer is buggy; targeting is imprecise; the otherwise well written storyline is incomplete; lacks key features touted during development.

Extrait: Trekkies are a rigid bunch. They know so much about the fictional universe of Star Trek- from how many photon torpedoes are fired during each episode of every series, to the exact location of every restroom on Deep Space Nine- that making the slightest...
Extrait: Star Trek is one of the most popular space “”sci-fi” franchises around. While Star Wars tends to occupy itself with huge battles and survival, Star Trek focuses more on exploitation of the universe (although it does have its fair share o...
I was awfully worried when I heard they were making another Star Trek game. I knew Bethesda had already released Encounters for the PS2 and Tactics for the PSP, but we didn’t get to play either of those, so I was going in unprepared when I loaded up...
Extrait: You start the main game as Captain Archer (Scott Bakula from Quantum Leap/Enterprise) and your mission is a seemingly innocent task involving a Vulcan research scientist. Obviously all is not what it seems, and then onwards from mission to mission the ...
