Sky Stream ist mit der Kombination aus Streaming-Box und Inhalte-Paket eine sehr runde Sache: Die Anbieter-Übergreifende Darstellung von Fernsehkanälen und Streaming-Inhalten bietet den derzeit wohl besten Überblick über das gewaltige Medienangebot. Klar, dass Filme und Serien von Sky im Vordergrund stehen, doch die öffentlich-rechtlichen und frei empfangbaren privaten TV-Sender kommen genauso wenig zu kurz wie konkurrierende Streaming-Anbieter. Die sehr gute Fernbedienung und die überragende Suchfunktion mit Spracheingabe sorgen ebenfalls für reibungsarme Bedienung. Dass es im Gegenzug weniger Anschlüsse gibt und keine Möglichkeit, beliebige Apps zu installieren, ist dem Konzept geschuldet. Dafür stimmt die Wiedergabequalität mit sauberen Streams ohne Ruckeln oder Fehlfarben
