Overstated bass, lacks drive, Limited in file support and connections
The Bose SoundTouch 20 is a mixed bag. We like the idea of preset buttons, and being able to play our networked library with relative ease. And if you've bought into the whole Apple ecosystem, you may like the system's network integration. We have reservati...

The Bose SoundTouch 20 offers the convenience of both Wi-Fi and Airplay compatibility; includes Pandora, with more services on the way; high-quality sound from a quality unit
Missing key services like Spotify; no on-the-fly playlists; no FLAC, WAV, or OGG; no high-res support; no mute or pause button on unit; setup is fiddly
The Bose SoundTouch 20 is a likeable streaming speaker with capable performance and great sound, but it needs to support more music services....

The sound is fantastic, it's great to use and it looks very nice as well.
No Spotify and more than six radio presets would be nice
If Bose can tie in music services like Spotify, then, for the first time, Sonos ought to be looking over its shoulder....
Occasional balance issues, Setup can be challenging, Limited to lossy file playback
Bose's new Soundtouch 20 provides an excellent form factor, solid sound quality, and an intuitive wireless ecosystem that worked remarkably well for a first take. While there were some slight disappointments with the sound itself, we found the speaker t...
Excellent sound, great volume, many connection options,
Expensive, optional app can be problematic
For those seeking a great speaker to power their apartment or main living area with music, the Bose SoundTouch 20 is the absolute best. However, if you want a multiple speaker system, the Sonos ecosystem is much better.Other VersionsBose SoundTouch 30Pric...

Excellent design, Wireless support, Preset system
Bass cold be better, Some streaming services are not (yet) available in the Middle East
The Bose SoundTouch 20 takes wireless music to a whole new level – you can stream your tunes or even connect to internet radio stations. Add to that the classy design and you got yourself a speaker that's worth showing off...

Excellent sound for its size. SoundTouch app and presets are incredibly easy to use and set up. AirPlay support solves a lot of the potential problems of the app.
Extremely limited selection of music services available through SoundTouch app. Requires a USB connection to set up
As an AirPlay speaker, the Bose SoundTouch 20 is fantastic, but Bose's own SoundTouch app for multi-room audio is more limited. iOS users can rejoice, but Android users should be wary....
