The Apple iPhone 12 Pro is quite “straight forward” when it comes to charging. The following things should be noted: Basically, the iPhone 12 Pro charges on all chargers and is not overly bitchy here. The maximum charging speed is 18W, which results in a charging time of 1:30 hours. To achieve the full charging speed you need a USB Power Delivery charger with at least 18W (9V / 2A). Larger USB PD chargers don't do any harm, but they don't do more either. The wireless limit is 15W! However, 90% of the charging process takes place with 7.5W. The iPhone 12 Pro does NOT give preference to Apple's own chargers! If you use the iPhone in parallel, the charging current can increase to up to 22W.
