  • Dual-boot netbook. Google's Android Operating system is a first for netbooks. Very good battery life. Top of the line Intel Atom processor. Among the lightest netbooks offered. Very inexpensive.
  • Very cramped keyboard. Touchpad and mouse buttons are too small. Design is plain. Android needs polishing.
  • Despite booting both XP and Android in one netbook, the Acer Aspire One AOD250 (Android) falls short in terms of features and design....

  • Decent battery life, Quick and easy to use, Three USB ports and card reader builtin, Thin and lightweight, Nicely made
  • Comes with annoying things installed, Speakers on bottom and not very loud, Glossy screen, Not very visible in direct sunlight
  • The Acer Aspire One D250 is a great little netbook, it’s small, thin, and lightweight making it very portable. Acer has done a nice job with the new Aspire One series of netbooks, most anyone will be happy with it. It’s great for doing light w...

  • 3G Ready, Nice screen, Good keyboard
  • Battery life is short
  • The Acer Aspire One D250 is a nice netbook that is lacking in the battery life department. Other than wanting more battery life, there is little to not like about the Acer Aspire One D250 making it one of the most solid netbooks around and if it had lo...

  • Low Price, Nice build quality, Easy access for upgrades
  • Poor battery life, Small keyboard, Still uses weak integrated graphics, Bad touchpad buttons
  • Although the offers a great value for less than $300, I cant help but feel a little less than impressed. Acer used a small keyboard, small touchpad, and worst of all a small battery on what is otherwise a fantastic netbook. Considering how crowded the ne...

  • Very low power comsumption, Low weight with 3cell battery, Slim and chic design, Good workmanship and case quality, Very low noise emission, Relatively good battery runtime, Ease of access to installed components, Good keyboard
  • High heat levels on some parts of the case bottom, Glossy, low contrast display, Unpractical port positioning, Currently no UMTS option available, Very stiff headphone port
  • Currently the Aspire One D250 we tested is not available in this configuration and the results can not be fully transmitted to available models with Intel Atom N280 CPU and 6-cell battery. While CPU and battery configuration effects runtime, performance, h...

  • Rock-bottom price; slimmer size; improved touch pad buttons.
  • Weak speakers; battery life mediocre; small keyboard.
  • For the price, its hard to find fault with Acers even cheaper version of the 10.1-inch Aspire One, as long as youre not expecting top-of-the-line features.

  • Thinner and lighter than its predecessor. Price stays where it is. Very good battery life. Batteries are carried over from the previous version.
  • 89 percent keyboard is one of the smallest. Touchpad and mouse buttons are small.

  • Light, slim design, Bright, crisp display
  • Somewhat cramped keyboard, Small touchpad
  • Overall, we’re very impressed with the Acer Aspire One AOD250. It performs very well, and at $298 ($349 with a 6-cell battery), it’s competitively priced compared to both the ASUS Eee PC 1008HA ($429) and the MSI Wind U123 ($379), which, while...
