The LaCie Fuel wireless media drive can supplement your smartphone or tablet storage. It lets you carry most, if not all, of your music, photos, and videos with you and share them with a small group of devices....
Easy to set up, Excellent wireless-streaming quality, reliability, Slick Dropbox integration, Surprising battery life
High cost per gig, A little bulky, Relatively sluggish wired transfer rates
The Fuel may cost twice what a standard 1TB external hard drive does, but its excellent-quality streaming to mobile devices, intuitive setup, and Dropbox integration make it worth the hi-test price. ...

USB cable is too short. PDF manual should be on the drive. However, no serious cons or issues
Multiple users can connect at once, Dropbox integration, Attractive, solid design
Apps need more modern UI (it's coming)
The LaCie Fuel delivers exactly what is intended. It's not inexpensive though but if you're willing to invest the $200, you net a drive with the ability to store essentially unlimited media into something small enough to fit into an backpack or laptop...

The LaCie Fuel works well either a fast USB 3.0 portable drive or as a capable mobile Wi-Fi storage device. As the latter, it comes with a well-designed mobile app and offers long battery life
The LaCie Fuel doesn't have anything its competition doesn't already have, including the Wireless Plus from Seagate, which owns LaCie
Fast and easy to use, the LaCie Fuel makes another very good choice as a mobile storage solution for travelers despite having almost nothing better than its existing peer.
Extrait: Smartphones and tablets are a great way to consume media, but with limited storage space you can't exactly build up much of a library. Fortunately there are a range of storage options that can help you manage your media on the go. Wireless portable hard d...
Unorthodox design, Competitively priced, Good battery life
Slower than the competition, bigger and heavier
The LaCIE Fuel 2TB proved to be a capable wireless hard disk drive. There's not much to complain about when it comes to storage capacity or performance but ultimately it seems that the LaCie Fuel 2TB is betting on its looks to sell. We liked As an integra...

Built-in eight-hour battery; USB 3.0
None, $249 (1TB), $329 (2TB)
There's a lot to like about the LaCie Fuel because it anticipates the needs of iGadget owners. Business travellers might prefer to opt for a travel router with attached storage, but the Fuel is a great option for iCentric families looking to hit the road ...
