Fast, accessible racing, Lovely graphics and sounds, Easy to get into, Plenty of racing styles and cars
Framerate drops when it gets busy, AI can’t corner, One teeny mistake and it’s 12th place
Race Driver: Grid XBOX 360In Stock: £24.46 (RRP £49.99) Races themselves are pretty damn exciting affairs. The graphical effects we’ve got going on in GRID are really quite brilliant. Spin out and you’ll be obscured in a Top Gear style cloud o...
Tonnes of racing styles, lengthy and rewarding career mode, excellent damage system
No vehicle upgrades, aesthetics not quite up there with the best
With a lengthy career mode encompassing a mass of disciplines, single player racing fans are in for a treat here; this racer certainly doesn’t lack anything in the fun stakes

Extrait: The visuals in Grid are undeniably one of the highlights of the game. Codemasters has taken the Neon graphics engine used in DiRT and tweaked it up a few notches. Of course they have renamed it too as it is now called the Ego engine. As funny as the te...

Extrait: It is funny that when I first started playing GRID I was wondering what all the hype was about and I thought the game looked good but was very hard to control and frustrating, but as I continued to play I realized that I was wrong. GRID is probably on...
