  • Slim design, water-resistant, long battery life thanks to replaceable batteries. Tracks activity automatically. Vibration alerts
  • Uncomfortable fit won't feel great on all wrists. Minimal look means no buttons or display, except for one glowing light. Misfit app not as good as competing fitness apps
  • Misfit's tube-shaped Ray fitness tracker looks stylish and gets the job done, but it does too little for what it costs...

  • Sleek and versatile design, Impressive 8-month battery life, Easy-to-use app
  • Doesn't track sleep or mileage accurately, Uncomfortable to sleep in, Set-up was annoying
  • This activity-tracking bracelet is unobtrusive and versatile, but has limited functionality and doesn't track your movement that well...

  • Sleek and versatile design, Impressive 8-month battery life, Easy-to-use app
  • Doesn't track sleep or mileage accurately, Uncomfortable to sleep in, Set-up was annoying
  • As far as undercover activity trackers go, the Ray is definitely more subtle than the Fitbits and Jawbones of the world. But sacrificing accuracy for the sake of style just leads to irritation.I prefer the subtlety of fitness bands that look like anal...

  • Understated design that blends in with other watches and wrist jewelry, Automatic activity recording makes it easy to look back on workouts, Vibration motor and a single LED keep notifications discreet, Four- to six-month battery life, and it doesn't requ
  • Doesn't have a display, so it can't double as a watch, You need to keep the Misfit Link app open and running in the background of your smartphone for some of the Link features to work

  • Unusual design, Slick software, 6month battery life
  • Basic features, Quite expensive, Doesn't function as a watch
  • The Misfit Ray's unusual looks will appeal to some, but it's severely limited in terms of functionality – not least because of the almost non-existent display – and struggles to justify its price tag...

  • Sleek design, if not slightly feminine, Long battery life, Vibration functionality of incoming messages and calls, Misfit app is featurerich and beautiful
  • Obtuse LED notification system, Doesn't track all too well, Pricey for what it offers
  • There are two ways to look at the Misfit Ray. One, it's a simplistic fitness product that offers basic activity tracking, looks passably nice, and will not require a charge for months. Basically, it wants nothing extraordinary out of you. Just wear it...
