Great, high quality design, Shoots Raw and JPEG, Bright and clear screen, Huge and reliable zoom lens
Only so-so above ISO 400, No touchscreen, No standalone battery charger

The 30x zoom is superb and the picture quality is generally excellent for a camera of this type.
The viewfinder is far too small to use and the missing touchscreen is annoying
Why, oh, why did Panasonic trade off the consumer-friendly features of the TZ40 for enthusiast level ones that appear in other different Lumix models? Still a great camera but could have been better....

30x optical zoom is small scale, excellent image stabilisation system, physical lens ring control, manual focus options, improved Wi-Fi for sharing images
No touchscreen, viewfinder isn't that useful due to size, autofocus falls below speed expectations to top-end of zoom, flash doesn't clear lens, fiddly Wi-Fi options
As far as 30x optical zoom compact cameras go the Panasonic Lumix TZ60 has plenty of successes. There's decent autofocus, good image quality, excellent image stabilisation and a whole roster of other top features that show the TZ60's aspirations to...
Build quality, WiFi, GPS, NFC, General responsiveness, 30x zoom lens, Builtin electronic viewfinder, Customisable settings ring around the lens, RAW mode, Focus peaking, Compact design
Picture quality is disappointing, No touchscreen, Electronic viewfinder isn't really worth bothering with
The Panasonic Lumix TZ60 has plenty on its side, with a stylish design, a head-turning spec sheet and super-fast response times. It even has some never-before-seen features for this kind of camera, with a RAW mode and a programmable settings wheel around ...

Extrait: Panasonic's TZ series of compact cameras is a widely respected choice for travellers and the new TZ60/ZS40 sits at the top of the range. The company has made some significant changes for the latest upgrade, adding an electronic viewfinder, extending the z...
EVF addition; Wifi performance; Build Quality: Raw capture
Aggressive noise reduction; EVF a touch underspecified
Thanks to the inclusion of a new electronic viewfinder, Raw capture functionality and a new polycarbonate and magnesium alloy mixed body, the Panasonic Lumix TZ60 does more than enough to improve on its predecessor. Throw in the fact that the model's W...
This year's flagship travel-zoom compact from Panasonic, the new DMC-TZ60, adds a longer 30x zoom with a clever control ring, a useful electronic viewfinder, focus peaking for easier manual focusing, and very welcome RAW file support to last year's very...
Panasonic's TZ Series compacts have always been well featured, but the TZ60 does even more while still maintaining a slimline compact design. The new features are all going to be winners; especially the EVF, the multi-function control collar and RAW captu...
